Zainichi Money Navi (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by MRI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"), sets out the following Privacy Policy regarding the handling of users’ personal information.
The Site may ask you to provide personal information such as your name and email address through the contact form and similar channels. We use the personal information we collect only to respond to your inquiry and to improve our services, and we do not provide it to third parties except as provided by laws and regulations. In addition, to protect the form against automated (bot) submissions, your IP address and related information are sent to a verification service when you submit the form (please see Section 5).
The Site uses cookies for the following purposes.
The Site shows a cookie consent banner on your first visit, where you can choose whether cookies for access analysis and ad delivery may be used. The Site supports Google Consent Mode v2, and the initial state before you make a choice is "denied." Your choice is saved in the browser you are using.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some services may then stop working correctly.
The Site uses Google AdSense, and Google and its partners may deliver ads based on your past visits. To turn off ad personalization, please opt out via Google’s Ads Settings page.
The Site also takes part in affiliate programs operated by Wise, SBI Remit, credit card issuers and others. We may receive a commission when an application or purchase is made through an affiliate link.
On pages that carry affiliate ads, the Site loads tracking images (pixels) from each affiliate service provider (ASP) in order to measure ad impressions and conversions. Please see Section 5 for details.
The Site uses Google Analytics to analyze how the Site is accessed. The data collected includes IP addresses, the pages viewed, and the type of browser used. We do not use this data to identify individuals by linking it to names or similar information. For details, please see Google’s Privacy Policy.
When a page on the Site is displayed, your browser automatically connects to the servers of the external services listed below. In doing so, information such as your IP address, browser type (User-Agent), and referring page (referrer) is sent to the provider of each service.
Because these connections happen when a page is displayed, your IP address and similar information is sent regardless of your choice on the cookie consent banner. Your choice on that banner applies to whether cookies are stored for access analysis and ad delivery, and whether ads are personalized.
Of the external services listed in Section 5, the following providers are located in a foreign country (the United States). When you use the Site, information is sent directly from your device (browser) to the servers of these providers. See Section 5 for which pages load each of them.

The companies that operate the affiliate ASPs listed in Section 5 (a8.net / afi-b.com and affiliate-b.com / accesstrade.net) are all located in Japan, and are therefore not covered by this Section.

We always recognize the importance of ensuring the safety of personal information, and to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, we implement information security measures through education and other appropriate means as safety measures, and make corrections as necessary.
Content submitted through the Site’s contact form is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection and is then forwarded by email to our staff. We do not store the content of form submissions as a record on the Site’s server. To prevent repeated automated submissions, we retain only a temporary, short-lived record of a hashed version of your IP address.
